Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

Ensure the mattress or adjustable base is in original condition and securely packaged; for large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience.

Once your return arrives at our facility, our technicians will perform a thorough inspection to verify the item's condition and ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
